Studio & Event Production Assistant

Pixel Perfect is a next-gen creative company. We create bold, high-impact media products, live shows, digital experiences and branded activations for owned assets and clients.

We are looking for a Studio & Event Production Assistant to support our studio productions, live broadcasts and brand activations. In this role, you’ll help keep productions running smoothly by assisting with studio preparation, event logistics and on-site coordination.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience across studio production, live events and digital entertainment formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production teams during brand activations, gaming events and live experiences
  • Assist with logistics such as equipment preparation, transport and setup for productions and events
  • Assist with on-site coordination during recordings, livestreams, content shoots and events
  • Assist production leads and technicians with day-to-day operational needs
  • Help prepare and organize studio equipment and production materials
  • Assist with studio setup before recordings and live broadcasts
  • Support camera, lighting and audio setup under the guidance of the technical team
  • Help maintain a clean, organized and ready-to-use studio environment
  • Support file transfers, content organization and basic production workflows

Required Experience & Skills

  • Interest in video production, live events or digital content creation
  • Basic understanding of studio environments or audiovisual equipment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a production team
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments such as live productions and events
  • Availability to support occasional evening or weekend productions and events

While not required, it’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience assisting on video shoots, livestreams or productions
  • Basic familiarity with cameras, lighting or audio equipment
  • Experience with editing software (DaVinci, CapCut, etc.)
  • Interest in gaming, streaming or digital entertainment culture 🎮
