Creative Designer

Pixel Perfect is a next-gen creative company. We create bold, high-impact media products, live shows, digital experiences and branded activations for owned assets and clients.


We are looking for a Creative Designer with strong experience in physical design, print production and brand environments to join our creative team.


In this role, you’ll help shape the visual side of our projects, from event spaces and branded installations to printed materials and physical brand assets, ensuring every detail reflects the creative vision and production realities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual concepts for events, brand activations and physical environments
  • Create assets for print, signage, installations and branded spaces
  • Develop layouts and artwork for large-format prints, event materials and physical brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with producers and production teams to ensure designs translate smoothly into real-world builds
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print and fabrication
  • Work with suppliers, fabricators and production partners when needed
  • Contribute to the creative development of projects alongside strategy and production teams

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in agency, studio or production environments
  • Strong experience in print design, large-format graphics and physical brand applications
  • Solid knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Ability to translate ideas into visual concepts that work both digitally and physically
  • Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (e.g. SketchUp, Blender, Cinema4D or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and production accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple design tasks
  • Curiosity for culture, design trends and new creative formats

While not required, it’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience working on events, festivals, exhibitions or branded installations
  • Experience designing stage graphics, spatial branding or event environments
  • Interest in gaming, entertainment and digital culture 🎮
