Studio Tech Specialist

We are looking for a Studio Tech Specialist to join our team and help us grow and deliver top-notch experiences for brands who want to be part of gaming, entertainment and youth culture.


You’ll be the link between our creative and production teams, responsible for ensuring every technical detail is pixel-perfect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and technical expertise for live broadcasts and recorded studio productions
  • Lead studio setup, sound, lighting and technical workflows
  • Support basic post-production tasks, including file management, editing and content uploads
  • Act as a reliable point of contact during studio broadcasts and recordings
  • Equipment and Technical Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance of studio equipment to prevent downtime during live and recorded productions
  • Manage the technical infrastructure needed for live broadcasts and pre-recorded shoots

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in studio or broadcast production environments
  • Hands-on experience with broadcast technology, including cameras, lighting, audio systems, and studio workflows
  • Knowledge of Vmix and Chamsys systems
  • Basic video and audio editing 
  • A love for new technologies

  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility when handling technical workflows

While not required, it’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience working in live streaming or broadcast environments
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok Live etc.)
  • Basic understanding of studio networking and signal routing
  • Experience supporting multi-camera productions
  • A personal connection to gaming or esports culture 🎮
